Customs & Tax
1.Will I have to pay customs taxes on my shipment?
Customs taxes may or may not apply to you. K-Styleme cannot make any guarantees or estimation on whether any shipments will or will not be required to pay customs-related levy. However, all customs procedures will be taken care of upon leaving the country of origin to ensure timely delivery of your order. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
2.What happens if there are banned items in my shipment?
Customers should contact their local customs office for information concerning banned items in their countries. We are required by law to declare our shipments according to their actual content and value. We cannot entertain requests to alter declaration values and/or content of shipments. If for any reason your local customs authorities confiscate any items from your order, K-Styleme is not responsible for reshipment or refund regarding the confiscated item(s).
3.Can I have a refund if I reject my package when it is delivered to me?
If customers reject the package because of customs issue or other issues arouse at their side, we will not be responsible for arranging any refund towards the rejected package as we have fulfilled our obligation to complete and ship the orders to customers.
Shipment & Delivery
1.How long will my delivery take?
Our products are shipped out every day with top-class services, from Monday to Friday, except holidays. Most orders will be shipped out within 1-3 business days. You will receive an e-mail confirmation with your tracking number within 48 hours of shipment.
Delivery times vary on the destination and shipping service (Stardard or Express).
*For International PARCEL Air Mail [Standard] - while at cheaper cost, North American and Asian orders will usually be delivered within 7-10 business days of the shipped date. All other orders will be delivered within 8-12 business days of the shipped date and 10-15 business days during the holiday seasons.
*For International Express Air Mail [EMS] - while at little higher cost, North American and Asian orders will usually be delivered within 3-5 business days of the shipped date. All other orders will be delivered within 4-7 business days of the shipped date. Express is highly recommended as a shipping service for your items based on our past experience.
2.Will I have an order tracking number for my shipment?
You will receive a tracking number for your shipment in an e-mail from us, typically within a week after we process your order. Please use the information we provide you in the e-mail to track the status of your shipment.
3.Which countries does K-Styleme ship to?
